News From The Chamber — March 11, 2009

Spring will soon be here and with it comes all kinds of special events. Mark your calendars for this Sat. for the gigantic Saint Patrick's Day Parade. Starting at 2:00, entries from all over will be showing their Green and Irish Spirit. It's a great family day. Next will be the Annual Chamber Silent Auction, Sat. March 28th at the Grape N Grog. Along with all the interesting items to bid on, there will be live entertainment all evening with the Buck Shot Band. Festivities start at 7:00. Proceeds are to benefit our 2009 Homecoming Parade. On Sat. April 4th, the Chamber will be celebrating its' 52nd Anniversary at their Annual Dinner at Beck's Grove. Fifty two years of serving the Camden Area. Then on Sat., May 9, you won't want to miss the Home & Business Show at the Grape N Grog. We'll be showcasing all kinds of businesses and it's free to the public. The 2009 commemorative Christmas Ornament is in production and will be released in May. The design, featuring the Town Hall, is courtesy of our own Camden artist, Daniel J. DeLaRoche.

We are happy to welcome our two newest Chamber members, Kathy Kellogg representing All State - The Kellogg Agency at 50 Oxford Rd. in New Hartford, and Dr. Virinder Modgil, our new dentist at 68 Main Street.
